Shri Milan Sarker, Advocate, M.A.(International Relations), Jadavpur University, LLB, Calcutta University is a distinguished practitioner in the courts of North Bengal and skilled himself as a noted trial lawyer. He was the long standing guest faculty member of the Deptt.of Law of North Bengal University and former Chancellor’s nominee to Executive Council, North Bengal University. He is also a legal advisor of several universities of West Bengal including Techno India University and is one of the Directors of Siliguri Institute of Technology, Siliguri. Beside this he is the founder and the Managing Trustee of S.K.Acharya Institute of Law.
